SOUTHERN Baja

Where the desert meets the sea

Location of Southern Baja on the map of Mexico

The southern Baja California peninsula is a setting like no other in the world: the desert meets two seas, the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez, which Jacques Cousteau called "the aquarium of the world." Here you will find some of Mexico's most exclusive resorts, championship golf courses, international golf, tennis and fishing tournaments, Pueblos Mágicos, World Heritage islands and encounters with whales, orcas, sea lions and whale sharks.
