We operate as your partners and your team in Mexico, always under your brand. Travelers are direct clients of your agency, never of Balam. We look after them on your behalf, and it will always be that way.
Net or commissionable rates
We work with net rates or with commission-inclusive rates, guaranteeing clarity and flexibility to suit each partner's needs.
Additional commissions
You earn a 10% commission on any service your travelers book directly during their trip.
Ongoing communication
We keep communication seamless and personal at every stage, from planning through to the trip itself.
